Robért Marine Services provisions vessels, offshore rigs, shipyards, and docks across the Gulf Coast. We run the same grocery inventory a full retail market carries, and we bring it to the boat. Crews get fresh food instead of whatever the nearest convenience store had left.

We deliver from the west side of Galveston Bay, Texas, east to Panama City, Florida, and north to Natchez, Mississippi.

What we deliver

  • Fresh produce
  • Dairy
  • Meats and seafood
  • Pantry and dry goods
  • Beverages
  • Galley and household supplies
  • Vessel supplies
  • Catering trays and prepared food
  • Bulk provisioning for a full crew rotation
  • Special orders and brand-specific requests

Ports and areas we serve

Delivery runs across the northern Gulf. These are the areas we cover most often:

  • New Orleans, Louisiana. Our home port. Same-day delivery is normally available here.
  • Port Fourchon, Louisiana. Offshore supply base traffic, crew boats and OSVs.
  • Galveston Bay, Texas. The western edge of our regular route.
  • Pascagoula, Mississippi. Shipyard and commercial vessel provisioning.
  • Mobile, Alabama. Dock and yard delivery.
  • Panama City, Florida. The eastern edge of our regular route.
  • Natchez, Mississippi. Inland river traffic, the northern edge of our coverage.
  • Gulf of Mexico. Offshore rigs and platforms, coordinated through your shore base.

If your vessel is calling somewhere between those points, ask. We can usually work it out.

How to place an order

Order online through this site, by phone at (504) 207-0162, or by email at rms@robertfreshmarket.com. Tell us four things:

  1. The vessel name and type
  2. The dock, terminal, or coordinates for delivery
  3. The delivery window you need
  4. Your grocery and supply list

We confirm the order, source anything unusual, and run it out. For a standing crew rotation we can keep your list on file so the next order is one phone call.

How fast can you get it there?

Same-day and next-day delivery are available in select areas. Timing depends on how far out you are and how big the order is. A New Orleans dock order placed in the morning usually goes out the same day. A large provisioning run to a distant port needs more lead time. Call and we will tell you straight what is realistic.

Bulk provisioning and catering

Full crew provisioning is what we do most. We handle dietary restrictions, allergy separations, and brand-specific requests without treating them as a special favor. Catering trays and prepared food are available for crew changes, safety meetings, and long hitches.

Why crews use us

Robért Marine Services is part of the Robért family of New Orleans grocery businesses, which has been feeding this city since 1994. That means real grocery buying power behind every order, not a delivery app reselling someone else’s shelf. When a boat needs forty pounds of shrimp and a case of a specific hot sauce by Thursday, that is a normal Tuesday for us.

Common questions

Do you deliver to offshore rigs?
Yes. Offshore deliveries are coordinated through your shore base or supply vessel.

Do you deliver to shipyards?
Yes. Shipyard and dry dock delivery is routine for us, including Pascagoula and the New Orleans yards.

Is there a minimum order?
It depends on distance. Local dock deliveries have a low threshold. Ask when you call.

Can you handle a last-minute order?
Often, yes. Call rather than email if the window is tight.

What if a crew member has a dietary restriction?
Tell us on the order. We separate and label it.

What area do you cover?
West Galveston Bay, Texas to Panama City, Florida, and north to Natchez, Mississippi.
